We’re looking for really good financial planning people.
You might already be an experienced Paraplanner, or perhaps you’re looking for a role where you can take your technical skills further. You might be Chartered, working towards it, or simply know you’re ready for a new challenge.
What matters most to us is that you know financial planning, enjoy solving complex problems and genuinely care about getting things right for clients.
At Paradigm Norton, you’ll work as part of a highly experienced financial planning team, helping to build thoughtful, bespoke plans for clients across pensions, investments, tax, estate planning, protection and cashflow planning. Depending on your experience, strengths and what you enjoy most, that could mean working closely with a Client Director and being actively involved in client meetings, or joining our Financial Planning Hub and providing high-quality technical planning support across the business.
We’re interested in hearing from you if you:
- have solid paraplanning / financial planning experience
- are technically strong and genuinely enjoy the detail
- can turn complex information into clear, considered recommendations
- are curious, collaborative and always looking to improve
- care about the client, not just the product or the process.
Ideally, you’ll hold the Diploma in Financial Planning or be well on your way towards it. If Chartered is where you want to get to, we’ll support you with that too.
Paradigm Norton is employee-owned and a Certified B Corporation. Alongside your salary, you’ll receive 23 days’ holiday, 12 wellbeing days, bank holidays, a 10% employer pension contribution, private medical insurance, income protection, life assurance, a healthcare cash plan, support with your professional development and twice-yearly profit share payments.
We also take flexibility seriously. Depending on the role that's right for you, that could mean hybrid working from one of our offices in Bristol, Exeter or London, or working fully remotely as part of our Financial Planning Hub. We’re also open to part-time hours, shorter days or a four-day week.
So, if you’re a really good Paraplanner and you’re wondering what else might be out there, get in touch.
You don’t need to have your whole career mapped out. We’d rather start with a conversation about what you’re good at, what you enjoy and where you want to go next.
