We are seeking a friendly Live-in House Manager for Charlton Court in Prestwich, Manchester. The role is part-time and permanent, working 5 hours per day, Monday to Friday, with on-site accommodation provided (2-bedroom flat).
You will perform welfare checks, log maintenance issues, and be the first point of contact for residents, while maintaining records and attending training sessions. A basic DBS check is required and paid by The Guinness Partnership.
