Coworth Park Hotel invites applications for its 12-month Food & Beverage Graduate Programme, starting in March or September 2026. This fixed-term role offers two 6-month rotations across our outlets, with a dedicated mentor and leadership training to develop your management and guest-service skills.
You will support food service in one or more outlets, learn all F&B product offerings, and gain exposure to supervisory-level tasks in a luxury hotel known for inclusivity and industry recognition.
