The Opportunity:
- Translating changing industry standards into a clear programme of technical and certification activity.
- Establishing priorities across existing requirements, upcoming changes and planned certification work.
- Driving individual workstreams through to completion, coordinating internal specialists and external technical partners where required.

About You:
- Strong experience within technical compliance, certification, quality or regulatory environments.
- Experience managing complex certification or standards-led programmes within manufacturing or another technically regulated sector.
- The ability to interpret changing requirements and determine their practical impact on products, processes and documentation.
- Strong project management skills, with evidence of progressing multiple technical workstreams against defined priorities.
- Confidence working with external certification, testing, auditing or technical organisations.
You'll be comfortable entering an established environment, getting up to speed quickly and determining where your expertise can have the greatest impact. You'll combine technical credibility with pragmatism, strong organisation and the ability to bring people together around a clear delivery plan.
