Consortium Professional Recruitment is thrilled to be supporting our client in the recruitment of a REVIT Designer. This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in a flagship, multi-year project that will see the delivery of a high-profile, specialist construction project. Based full-time in the office and reporting to the Design Manager, you will collaborate closely with a team of experienced engineers and designers. Your role will centre on producing detailed design work for the project using REVIT, ensuring all components are accurately modelled and meet stakeholder and BIM requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use REVIT to detail structural steel, ancillaries, and internal fit-outs based on engineering input.
  • Support site plans, planning drawings, and typical build details using REVIT.
  • Ensure 3D models are accurate and updated in line with project deadlines and BIM standards.
  • Liaise with clients and contribute to meetings when required.
  • Work alongside the Design Manager to align output with tender documentation and project specifications.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience using REVIT on construction-related projects.
  • Previous experience working with main contractors on build or fit-out projects.
  • Familiar with working in a BIM environment, including cloud-based model sharing.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: £37,000 to £40,000 per annum
