Position: Nights Electrical Maintenance EngineerLocation : Hull Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00 pm – 6:00 amSalary: £51,000 + OvertimeBenefits: Pension, Life Assurance, Professional Training & Development Role Overview: Working within a tight-knit team of three, you’ll be key to ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our operations, with a strong focus on asset care and minimizing equipment downtime. This role will give you hands-on involvement in our growing site, where reliability and efficiency are top priorities. Key Responsibilities: Reactive Maintenance & First Fixes: Rapidly respond to equipment breakdowns and ensure first-fix success rates, minimizing disruptions to production. Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM): Conduct scheduled maintenance on critical machinery to prevent unexpected failures, utilizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to keep detailed records and improve scheduling. Asset Care & Reliability Improvement: Contribute to our proactive asset care strategy, enhancing the longevity and reliability of all machinery, including drives, inverters, contactors, sensors, and motors. Root Cause Analysis: Identify and address the underlying causes of recurring issues, working to eliminate repeat faults and improve equipment reliability.
