Key Responsibilities: Reactive Maintenance & First Fixes: Rapidly respond to equipment breakdowns and ensure first-fix success rates, minimizing disruptions to production. Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM): Conduct scheduled maintenance on critical machinery to prevent unexpected failures, utilizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to keep detailed records and improve scheduling.
