As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to influence product development from the earliest design stages through to manufacture. This role would suit someone who enjoys using SolidWorks to develop innovative products, solve technical challenges and work closely with colleagues across multiple engineering disciplines. The Opportunity:
- Develop innovative and practical design solutions.
- Create detailed components, assemblies and engineering documentation using SolidWorks.
- Play a key role in product development projects.
- Collaborate with colleagues across engineering, manufacturing and supply chain functions.
- Support prototype development, testing and validation activities.

About You:
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
- Previous experience within a mechanical design, product development or manufacturing environment.
- Strong SolidWorks experience with the ability to create detailed 3D models, assemblies and technical drawings.
- Experience producing accurate engineering documentation and working to high standards of quality and precision.
- Knowledge of engineering materials, manufacturing techniques and design best practice.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical approach to engineering challenges.
