Are you an experienced Commercial Insurance professional ready to step into a leadership role? As a Commercial Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day leadership of the Commercial Team, supporting the Head of Commercial in implementing growth strategies, developing your team’s technical expertise, and maintaining exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Motivating and managing the team to hit sales and service targets.
