The Opportunity: As an Internal Sales Advisor, youll play a key role in: Responding to customer enquiries and processing sales orders received by telephone and email. Building positive, long-term relationships with allocated customer accounts and providing a consistently helpful service. Monitoring back orders, keeping customers informed and helping resolve queries throughout the order process. Working alongside the external sales team to support customer opportunities and promotional activity. Raising purchase orders and preparing accurate, competitive quotations, including tender submissions.
