The Opportunity: As a Logistics Manager you'll play a key role in:
- Taking ownership of all inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure products are delivered efficiently and on time.
- Managing third party logistics providers and holding suppliers accountable against agreed service levels.
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders to improve communication and operational performance.
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives that simplify processes, reduce costs and improve customer experience.
- Reviewing logistics performance, analysing data and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, lead times and service levels.
- Supporting the implementation of integrated logistics systems and processes as the business continues to develop its operational capability.
- Overseeing warehousing and fulfilment to ensure smooth dispatch, pick, pack and distribution activities in line with KPIs.

About You: We're looking for someone who can bring:
- Previous experience in a Logistics Supervisory or Management position within manufacturing or distribution.
- Experience managing third party logistics providers and supplier performance.
