As a Health and Safety Specialist, you will work closely with operational and leadership teams to influence positive change, champion best practice, and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards. The Opportunity: As a Health and Safety Specialist you'll play a key role in:
- Providing visible, hands-on health and safety guidance across operational areas, supporting teams to work safely and confidently.
- Driving a positive safety culture through coaching, mentoring, and consistent engagement with colleagues at all levels.
- Leading and supporting safety improvement initiatives to reduce risk, incidents, and operational loss.

About You: We're looking for someone who can bring:

- A NEBOSH General Certificate as a minimum, ideally working towards or already achieved Diploma level.
- Confidence in analysing data, leading investigations, and driving continuous improvement.
