This newly created position offers the opportunity to work closely with the Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team, providing trusted support while helping the wider business stay organised, connected and effective.
This is a varied role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, managing competing priorities and being a dependable point of support. You will combine executive assistance with wider business coordination, working across administration, communications, recruitment, events and external supplier relationships.
The Opportunity:
As an Executive Assistant, you’ll play a key role in:
- Providing proactive and confidential support to the Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team, including selected strategic matters.
- Preparing high-quality reports, presentations, meeting papers and action trackers.
- Coordinating projects, business administration, audio typing, document production and secretarial cover.
- Supporting internal communications and business planning, helping information and actions move effectively.
