As a Cargo Claims Handler, you will be trusted to manage claims from initial notification through to settlement while contributing to loss prevention and risk management initiatives.
The Opportunity:
- Managing end-to-end cargo claims, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and timely resolution
- Investigating damage, shortages and service failures to determine liability and support fair outcomes
- Collaborating with insurers, surveyors, shipping lines and customers to progress claims effectively
- Negotiating settlements in line with policy terms and claim value, maintaining strong professional relationships
- Supporting loss prevention by analysing trends and sharing insights with internal teams

About You:
