We are seeking an experienced HR Employee Relations Partner to join our regional team and play a key role in fostering positive employee relations across multiple sites.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, providing clear, practical guidance on a broad range of employee relations matters.
  • Oversee and resolve a varied caseload of ER issues across several locations, including informal concerns and formal disciplinary and grievance cases.
  • Collaborate closely with senior HR leadership to develop and implement effective employee relations strategies.
  • Support managers in addressing performance management, conduct issues, and employee capability challenges, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment law.
  • Lead complex employee relations cases, including conflict resolution, investigations, and formal hearings.
  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures to reflect legal requirements and industry best practices.
  • Deliver training and coaching to managers and employees on ER processes, workplace standards, and organisational policies.

  • Comfortable with regular regional travel to support multiple sites.
