Part of an established HR team of 5 supporting in a transport and logistics business. This is a generalist role working closely with senior HR advisors to coach managers to deliver effective resolutions. Assisting with employee relations and first point of contact for queries and supporting the wider HR team with implementation of policies. You will take an active involvement in all people projects. This is a varied role also covering all recruitment activity.
Responsibilities:
- 1 - 2 years’ HR experience
