Finance Director£130,000 - £150,000 + Executive Bonus + Benefits Hull - Manufacturing Our client is seeking a commercially astute Finance Director to work alongside the Managing Director in shaping the future direction of a substantial international manufacturing business.

Where You'll Make an Impact Rather than simply reporting performance, you'll help shape it.

Working closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership team, you'll provide commercial insight, challenge assumptions, support strategic investment and ensure financial performance remains aligned with wider business objectives.

Your influence will extend across financial strategy, operational performance, capital investment, commercial decision-making and organisational development.

Alongside leading an established finance function, you'll continue to strengthen financial controls, improve business visibility and ensure finance remains a trusted partner across every area of the organisation.

Your Experience We're interested in speaking with accomplished finance leaders who combine commercial judgement with operational credibility.

You may already be operating as a Finance Director, Divisional Finance Director or an experienced senior finance leader ready to step into a broader executive position.

ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.

Significant finance leadership experience within manufacturing, engineering or another operationally intensive environment.

Strong commercial finance, business partnering, financial planning and forecasting capability.

Experience supporting executive teams on investment decisions, business strategy and organisational growth.

Financial control, cash management, statutory reporting and group reporting expertise.

Exposure to acquisitions, ERP transformation, systems development or significant capital investment programmes would be advantageous.
