The Opportunity:

  • Leading the floral category insight agenda across the UK and Ireland, aligned to commercial goals
  • Turning raw data into powerful stories that influence decision-making
  • Building compelling category plans and performance narratives with Account Managers
  • Creating structured market and competitor reviews to guide customer propositions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to support sustainability, range development and customer commitments

Your work will directly contribute to ensuring our customer receives timely, accurate, and commercially sound insight that shapes their floral category strategy.

About You:

  • Proven experience in a category, insights or analytical role within FMCG
  • Confidence in processing and interpreting raw data
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with the ability to craft clear, stakeholder-ready stories
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, both internal and external

You’ll also be highly organised, proactive and thrive in a role where commercial awareness meets clear, factual communication.

The Benefits and Package:

  • Salary: £45,000+ Depending on experience.
  • Hybrid working – 1–2 days per week from home (business needs permitting)
  • Flexible approach including the option to work a 4-day week
  • 26 days holiday
