What youll be doing
Working closely with the Head of Commercial, youll be the driving force behind your teams success leading, motivating, and ensuring every client receives an outstanding experience. Youll:
- Lead, coach, and inspire the commercial/customer service team
- Oversee client assessments and deliver tailored insurance solutions
- Drive sales, renewals, and service excellence
- Maintain FCA compliance at all times
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training
- Review performance, identify improvements, and streamline processes

- Cert CII qualification or equivalent leadership experience in insurance
- Proven success managing a service-driven team
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to build lasting client relationships
