Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an HR Coordinator to support the HR function within a busy manufacturing environment. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience as part of a well established team who offer continued support. The role:
- Support the day-to-day HR function in a fast-paced environment
- Collate absence data and assist with the absence management process
- Coordinate the leaver process
- Provide HR administration support, including arranging investigatory, disciplinary and grievance meetings
- Support recruitment activity when required
- Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems and filing processes
- Manage daily HR administration tasks, ensuring GDPR compliance
The person:
- Some experience within a HR department
- A confident communicator able to build relationships with managers
- Able to work well under pressure in a busy environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
