As a Health and Safety Specialist, you will work closely with operational and leadership teams to influence positive change, champion best practice, and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards. As a Health and Safety Specialist you'll play a key role in:
- Providing visible, hands-on health and safety guidance across operational areas, supporting teams to work safely and confidently
- Driving a positive safety culture through coaching, mentoring, and consistent engagement with colleagues at all levels
- Leading and supporting safety improvement initiatives to reduce risk, incidents, and operational loss

Proven experience in a health and safety role within manufacturing, engineering, or a similar environment.

A NEBOSH General Certificate as a minimum, ideally working towards or already achieved Diploma level.
Confidence in analysing data, leading investigations, and driving continuous improvement.
