This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to take ownership of production operations, drive continuous improvement, and inspire high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.

As Production Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement while ensuring operational excellence across the factory.

As a Production Manager, you'll play a key role in:

  • Leading and motivating production teams to safely deliver production plans on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.
  • Managing labour, materials, equipment and production resources to maintain efficient workflow and maximise productivity.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives, reducing waste and identifying opportunities to enhance manufacturing performance.
  • Collaborating with quality, procurement, design and operational teams to ensure seamless production delivery.
  • Creating a positive and inclusive working environment that supports employee engagement, development and wellbeing.

Your work will directly contribute to delivering operational excellence, maintaining exceptional quality standards, and ensuring customers receive products that meet expectations every time.

Previous experience in a Production Manager or senior manufacturing leadership position within a production environment. Please note the clients are happy to consider those who want to make the jump/step up from Production Supervisor, Cell Leader or Production Team Leader role.

Strong understanding of production management principles, operational planning and continuous improvement methodologies.

Proven ability to lead, develop and motivate teams while driving performance and accountability.

Experience managing production schedules, resources, quality standards and health and safety requirements.
