The Opportunity:
- Managing incoming enquiries via phone and email, ensuring customers receive professional and timely responses
- Processing sales orders using Sage 50 while maintaining accurate records within the CRM system
- Preparing sales quotations and supporting presentations, marketing activity and social media content
- Producing and updating documents such as reports, templates, quotes and customer communications
- Supporting sales performance reporting and forecasting while ensuring administration is completed efficiently across multiple systems
Your work will directly contribute to the efficiency of the sales team, helping the business deliver excellent service and achieve its growth goals. This is an office based role with an early finish on a Friday.
About You:
- A confident and proactive approach with the ability to work independently when needed
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of administrative tasks
- Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
