The Opportunity

As a Project Engineer, you'll play a key role in

  • Developing innovative engineering solutions that improve product functionality, quality, reliability, and manufacturability.
  • Creating detailed 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, specifications and technical documentation to support new product development.
  • Working closely with cross‑functional teams, suppliers and external partners to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
  • Supporting product testing, engineering validation, risk analysis and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Driving value engineering activities to improve cost, weight, quality and overall product performance.

About You

  • A degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Experience within a design or product engineering environment, ideally within automotive, manufacturing or another engineering‑led industry.
  • Strong CAD experience, along with an understanding of engineering drawings, materials and manufacturing processes.
  • Knowledge of engineering tools such as FMEA, FEA or similar product development methodologies would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, a collaborative approach, strong problem‑solving ability and the confidence to manage multiple priorities while working to project deadlines.
