The Opportunity: As a Production Manager, you'll play a key role in:
- Leading and motivating production teams to safely deliver production plans on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.

About You: We're looking for someone who can bring:
- Previous experience in a Production Manager or senior manufacturing leadership position within a production environment. Please note the clients are happy to consider those who want to make the jump/step up from Production Supervisor, Cell Leader or Production Team Leader role.
- Strong understanding of production management principles, operational planning and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead, develop and motivate teams while driving performance and accountability.
- Experience managing production schedules, resources, quality standards and health and safety requirements.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills with a collaborative approach.
