The Opportunity:
As a People Services Business Partner, you'll:
- Partner with senior leaders on people strategy, workforce planning and organisational change.
- Provide expert advice on employee relations, employment law and HR policies.
- Coach managers to build confidence and improve people management.
- Champion employee engagement, inclusion and continuous improvement.
- Use people data to inform decisions and support organisational priorities.
- Support on specific HR projects
About You
We're looking for someone with:
- Drive to deliver with a forwarded thinking and collaborative approach
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience, ideally with Level 7 or a willingness to work towards it.
- Broad HR generalist experience and strong employment law knowledge.
- Experience managing complex employee relations cases and supporting change.
- A proven ability to guide, influence and coach managers
- Restructure experience would be advantageous
