The Opportunity
This Operations Director appointment combines strategic influence with hands-on operational leadership. The successful Operations Director will assume responsibility across engineering, manufacturing, planning and purchasing functions within a highly customised and technically demanding manufacturing environment.
Unlike many Operations Director roles operating within mature, highly repetitive production environments, this opportunity requires somebody capable of balancing operational discipline with agility, responsiveness and engineering judgement.
