You will join an experienced and supportive team, gaining valuable exposure to refrigerated cargo operations, chartering and mooring activities. The Opportunity:

As a Maritime Operations Administrator, you ll play a key role in:

  • Supporting the day-to-day administration of refrigerated cargo and vessel operations.
  • Assisting with chartering, mooring and port-related activities.
  • Liaising with vessels, agents, charterers, customers and internal teams to help keep operations running smoothly.
  • Preparing, checking and maintaining accurate operational documentation and shipping records.
  • Monitoring vessel schedules, communicating updates and responding positively to changing priorities.

About You:

We re looking for someone who can bring:

  • An interest in developing a long-term career within shipping, maritime operations or logistics.
  • A graduate-level education or some relevant industry experience.
  • Exposure to chartering, mooring, shipping, port or vessel operations would be beneficial.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with close attention to detail.
  • Clear communication skills and the confidence to work with a range of internal and external contacts.
  • A proactive approach, willingness to learn and ability to remain calm in a fast-moving operational environment.
