Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an HR Coordinator to support the HR function within a busy manufacturing environment. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience as part of a well established team who offer continued support. The role

  • Support the day-to-day HR function in a fast-paced environment
  • Collate absence data and assist with the absence management process
  • Coordinate the leaver process
  • Provide HR administration support, including arranging investigatory, disciplinary and grievance meetings
  • Support recruitment activity when required
  • Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems and filing processes
  • Manage daily HR administration tasks, ensuring GDPR compliance

  • Some experience within an HR department
  • A confident communicator able to build relationships with managers
  • Able to work well under pressure in a busy environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
