The Opportunity
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
- Building strong relationships with both prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Managing your own sales pipeline from initial enquiry through to successful order completion.
- Preparing quotations, proposals and commercial agreements while maintaining profitable business opportunities.
- Arranging and attending customer meetings and site visits to maximise sales opportunities.
- Working closely with colleagues across the business to ensure customers receive an outstanding service from enquiry through to delivery.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and sales activity using internal systems.
Your work will directly contribute to growing the customer base, strengthening long-term partnerships and supporting the continued success of the business.
About You
- Previous experience within a business development, sales or account management role.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to generating new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to customer sites when required.
- Experience within print, ticketing or a manufacturing environment would be advantageous but isn’t essential, as full product training will be provided.
- A positive attitude, commercial awareness and a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service.
