The Opportunity
As an Internal Sales professional, you'll play a key role in
- Processing customer enquiries and sales orders received via telephone and email.
- Building strong relationships with allocated customer accounts and providing an excellent customer experience.
- Monitoring sales back orders and keeping customers informed throughout the order process.
- Supporting the external sales team with promotional activity and customer opportunities.
- Raising purchase orders and preparing competitive quotations, including tender submissions.
Your work will directly contribute to delivering outstanding customer service while supporting continued business growth and long-term customer partnerships.
About You
We're looking for someone who can bring
- Previous experience in an internal sales, sales support or customer service role.
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to build positive customer relationships.
