Help customers succeed while keeping sales opportunities moving. Consortium Professional Recruitment are pleased to be working with our client to appoint an enthusiastic, organised and proactive Customer Success & Sales Support Executive. You will be one of the first points of contact for UK customers, helping to create a positive experience from initial enquiry through to quotation and project handover.

This is more than an administrative support position. You will work closely with the sales team, coordinate customer and supplier communication, and help opportunities progress efficiently. With technology supporting many technical processes, you will have more time to focus on delivering excellent service, building relationships and maintaining accurate information.

The Opportunity:

  • Preparing accurate quotations and proposals using technology-enabled quoting tools, with training provided.
  • Managing customer enquiries by telephone and email, providing helpful information or connecting customers with the right colleague.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records, including pipeline stages, contact information, notes and project updates.
  • Supporting the sales team with appointments, documentation, supplier pricing and internal reporting.
  • Organising project information and documentation to support a smooth handover to the project management team.

Your work will directly contribute to a responsive customer experience, accurate quotations and a well-managed sales pipeline.

About You:

  • At least two years of experience in customer service, sales support or a related role.
  • Strong numerical skills, careful attention to detail and the confidence to check information for accuracy.
  • Clear written and spoken English, with a positive and professional approach to customer conversations.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and PDF documents.
  • The ability to manage several priorities while following structured processes and meeting deadlines.
  • Confidence using CRM systems. Experience with HubSpot would be helpful, although training will be provided.
  • A willingness to embrace technology and use AI-assisted tools as part of your day-to-day work.
  • Experience preparing proposals, reading basic drawings or working in a construction, engineering or technical environment would be advantageous, but is not essential.
  • You will be organised, approachable and comfortable communicating with customers, suppliers and colleagues. You will also bring curiosity, accountability and a genuine commitment to providing a helpful service.

The Benefits and Package:

  • Salary: £28,000 - £32,000
  • Structured training on CRM systems and AI-assisted quotation tools.
  • Career development opportunities, including the potential to progress towards a Customer Service Manager position.
  • The opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking and continuously improving team.
