Our client is a market leader manufacturer with a strong reputation for innovation, sustainability and quality. With continued business growth and a diverse client portfolio, they’re offering a unique opportunity for a HSE Advisor to join their collaborative team and contribute to impactful projects across multiple sectors.
The Opportunity:
- Providing day-to-day Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) advice and guidance across factory and site operations, championing behavioural safety and legal compliance.
- Leading site and factory audits and inspections, issuing reports with clear actions and driving improvements.
- Supporting incident investigations and root cause analysis, ensuring RIDDOR compliance and promoting a learning culture.
- Reviewing risk assessments, lift plans and permits to ensure suitability and safety across manufacturing and construction environments.
- Contributing to integrated management system improvements (ISO 45001, 14001, 9001) and participating in sustainability and compliance reporting.
Your work will directly contribute to creating a positive safety culture, ensuring environmental responsibility and enabling safe delivery of high-quality building solutions.
About You:
- A NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (or equivalent qualification).
- Must be data driven and have an analytical approach to HSE.
- Proficiency with SHEQ digital systems and the ability to manage audits, reports and compliance documentation.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to work effectively across factory, site and client teams.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Proven experience working within Manufacturing, Engineering or Construction.
