You will work closely with the site manager in a generalist role over a 12 month period with support from the HR director. The role will be varied covering recruitment and selection, employee relations, onboarding, performance management and projects. The succession candidate will have operated at senior advisor level or above to perform this role. Great opportunity to gain more exposure in a new sector.
