Summary: CIPD Study support offered HR Advisor Brand new role working within an established HR team with a credible and experienced Head of HR offering CIPD study support. This position would suit someone who is looking for the next step up into an advisor role. You will also be involved in recruitment and selection and working daily with line managers to support on employee relations. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure in areas you have not yet been involved in with a team around you. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a HR department with good solid organisation and administrative skills, some exposure to employee relations and the confidence to communicator and build effective relationships. Candidates must use discretion. A production environment would be preferred and CIPD level 3 or above is ideal. The successful candidate will be calm in a fast paced environment, a high level of computer literacy and have a positive attitude.
