On behalf of our fast growing and well respected client, Consortium are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager, with extensive knowledge of NEC 3 & 4 Contracts. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for being the main point of contact for their clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring favourable contracts are negotiated, project deadlines are being met and the commercial performance of the business is being optimised at all times. About the role: The Commercial Manager will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of major projects, ensuring profitability, risk management, and contract compliance. The role requires significant expertise in managing the financial and contractual performance, including experience with NEC 3 and NEC 4 contracts and experience of acting as the principal contractor, as well as sub-contractor partnerships is essential. The Commercial Manager will work closely with project teams, clients, and sub-contractors to ensure effective cost control, timely delivery, and resolution of any commercial issues.
