Consortium are partnering with a long-standing organisation who are recruiting for an Admin Supervisor to support a fast-paced and close-knit administration team. The role: In the role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily liaison between customers and clients ensuring that work schedules are maximised ensuring productivity targets are met. You will provide overall administrative support to the business, attending customer feedback meetings when required and producing weekly reports detailing company performance. You will also be required to identify training needs across the team as well as an involvement in the recruitment and training process of any new starters. The candidate: The successful candidate needs have previous experience in an administrative role. You will be highly organised, have an excellent work ethic and have the ability to manage your own workload. You will need to be able to multi-task and be a team player in a fast-paced environment.
