Beyond Reflections is a mental wellbeing charity supporting trans, non-binary and questioning adults, along with their families and significant others. We’re seeking an Operations Manager to join our small team and lead the day-to-day running of our services.
We’re looking for an experienced operations professional with a strong track record in management, safeguarding, and service delivery. This role is suited to someone with several years of relevant experience who is confident taking ownership of day-to-day operations and contributing to long-term strategy.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified counsellor (BACP/UKCP/NCS or equivalent) with experience in managing teams, responding to complex wellbeing needs, and maintaining high standards across internal operations. You should be confident in overseeing safeguarding procedures, supporting staff development, and working closely with senior leadership to ensure services run safely, effectively, and with lasting impact.
This is a hands-on role within a small, mission-driven organisation — well-suited to a pragmatic problem solver who brings both professional maturity and a values-led approachtotheirwork.
Essential experience:
- Counselling qualification and professional registration
- Supervising staff
- Safeguarding lead or deputy experience
- Managing complex and sensitive client situations
- Team management or leadership
