The Consortium of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Voluntary and Community Organisations is seeking dedicated individuals to join elop's youth mentoring team. In this role, you will support trans and non-binary young individuals aged 12-25, providing guidance and mentorship.
You will work on a one-to-one basis with three young people, meeting online for one hour weekly over six months. An understanding of LGBTQ+ issues and a commitment to safeguarding are essential.
Previous experience is beneficial but not essential; this role is open to those who identify as trans or non-binary.
