Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Vice President – Consumer Product to lead a large-scale consumer product portfolio for an international SaaS Telco. This leader will own the end-to-end consumer product strategy, drive AI-powered innovation, and scale digital experiences across multiple markets. The role requires deep consumer product expertise, experience managing high-scale platforms, and a strong track record of defining and executing AI roadmaps that materially impact growth, personalization, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and drive the overall consumer product vision and revenue growth, with a strong focus on innovation and scalable business impact across markets. Align product strategy with business objectives, customer experience priorities, and monetization goals. Demonstrate a strong understanding of revenue models, customer acquisition, lifecycle management, retention, and other key growth levers. Be accountable for measurable business outcomes and overall product impact. Translate company strategy into clear, high-impact product initiatives that are scalable and commercially viable. Own product strategy, roadmap prioritization, commercial performance, product-market fit, and cross‑functional alignment across markets, ensuring a consistent operating cadence globally.
- AI Roadmap & Strategy Leadership: Lead and define the AI roadmap for Circles, ensuring AI capabilities are embedded into the core consumer product strategy. Establish AI governance, measurement frameworks, and ROI tracking.
- Large-Scale Product Management: Manage high-traffic, high-transaction consumer platforms serving large customer bases across multiple markets. Drive product scalability, reliability, and performance. Oversee full product lifecycle: discovery, prioritization, development, launch, and optimization.
- Customer Experience Excellence: Champion a world-class consumer experience across all touchpoints. Leverage data, research, and experimentation to continuously optimize engagement and retention.
- Leadership & Organizational Development: Build and lead high-performing product teams across geographies. Foster a culture of experimentation, accountability, and data-driven decision-making. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data science, design, marketing, and operations.
Experience & Qualifications Required Experience
- 15+ years of product leadership experience, with significant time in consumer digital products.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, high-growth consumer platforms (millions of users).
- Strong background in SaaS, telco, fintech, super apps, or high-volume digital ecosystems.
- Demonstrated ownership of AI-driven product transformation.
- Experience leading multi-market or international product portfolios.
AI & Data Capabilities
- Deep understanding of AI/ML applications in consumer products.
- Experience translating AI capabilities into measurable business impact.
