- Break down top-level strategies into actionable phased goals (e.g., OKRs/KPIs) and drive cross-functional alignment and resource coordination.
- Collaborate closely with product and business units to diagnose key pain points and growth opportunities.
- Build financial and commercial analysis models (e.g., market potential assessment, ROI modeling, competitive moat analysis) to evaluate the feasibility of AI commercialization initiatives.
- Regularly produce strategic execution evaluation reports and provide data-driven decision support to senior management.
- Monitor regulatory policies, user behaviour, and competitive landscapes in target overseas markets.
- Assess market entry opportunities and risks to provide forward-looking recommendations for international expansion.
- Conduct systematic research on AI product technology roadmaps, feature sets, and commercialization models.
- Deliver competitive analysis and recommend differentiated product positioning strategies.
- Track frontier AI technologies (e.g., large language models, AI chips), evaluate their application potential, and provide input for technology selection and product iteration.
- Work closely with product, R&D, marketing, and other teams to ensure effective execution of strategic initiatives, and demonstrate the ability to communicate complex strategies clearly to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 3–8 years of experience in strategic planning or management consulting, with a strong understanding of business operations and decision-making processes in technology companies.
- Experience at top-tier consulting firms or investment banks is preferred.
- In-depth understanding of machine learning, large language models, and their commercialization applications, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
- Strong skills in Excel, SQL, and Python for market modeling and competitive analysis.
- Experience in overseas market research or AI product analysis.
- Familiarity with AI technology stacks (e.g., cloud computing, industry-specific AI solutions) or hands-on experience in AI product commercialization.
- Ability to independently produce high-quality research reports.
- Strong structured thinking, communication skills, and cross-functional influence.
- Highly self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
