Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain inventory accuracy across both forward and reverse logistics through effective controls.
- Execute system transactions (e.g., adjustments, transfers, receipts) accurately and in a timely manner.
- Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies, ensuring proper documentation and resolution.
- Serve as the main point of contact for inventory-related matters, including the annual stock count.
- Support project implementation by tracking progress and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare project status reports and management presentations.
- Ensure compliance to internal controls and established inventory processes.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in logistics, RMA, and online order management is preferred.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in handling, controlling, receiving, shipping, and storing electronic products.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data processing and reporting.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and recommend improvements.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Experience in returns handling and e-commerce/marketplaces (e.g., Amazon) is an advantage.
