Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain inventory accuracy across both forward and reverse logistics through effective controls.
  • Execute system transactions (e.g., adjustments, transfers, receipts) accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies, ensuring proper documentation and resolution.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for inventory-related matters, including the annual stock count.
  • Support project implementation by tracking progress and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare project status reports and management presentations.
  • Ensure compliance to internal controls and established inventory processes.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline.
  • Prior experience in logistics, RMA, and online order management is preferred.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in handling, controlling, receiving, shipping, and storing electronic products.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data processing and reporting.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and recommend improvements.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in returns handling and e-commerce/marketplaces (e.g., Amazon) is an advantage.
