Responsibilities:
- Reply to customer’s inquiries, making quotations.
- Liaise with and coordinate between customer, ship’s master and local service providers for operations matters.
- Liaise with port authorities and make sure all formalities are completed smoothly and timely.
- Monitor operational progress closely and report it to customer timely.
- Other ad-hoc duties.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently and show willingness to take responsibility in a fast pace working environment.
- A good team player with proactive attitude.
- Proficient in MS Office and general computer skills.
