What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver a seamless customer journey through strong product knowledge, accurate guidance, and professional service.
  • Develop strong product knowledge, including competitor models and market trends.
  • Analyse pricing, promotions, and new model launches.
  • Provide accurate advice on financing and insurance solutions.
  • Guide customers through relevant LTA guidelines and processes.
  • Deliver a seamless sales experience from first contact to post‑delivery follow‑up, in line with PML standards.
  • Provide exceptional service with professionalism, integrity, and care.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of retail continental car sales experience (other relevant sales experience may be considered).
  • Possess valid Class 3 driving license.
  • Tech‑savvy and comfortable adopting new digital tools.
  • Comfortable creating and/or engaging with content on social media.
  • Sales‑driven, target‑oriented, and motivated by results.
  • Self‑motivated and proactive, with strong drive to achieve targets.
  • Proven strong sales track record.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
  • Customer‑centric with a proactive and service‑oriented mindset.
