Process sales orders using D365 Business Central, including order entry, payment verification, and preparation of delivery orders, invoices, and related documentation. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, ensuring proper filing, documentation control, and regular data backups. Coordinate internal follow-ups and monitor document status to support the Sales team effectively. Liaise with customers, warehouse teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth coordination of deliveries and fulfilment. Prepare and distribute shipment and order documentation, including basic import and export paperwork where required. Support monthly sales closing activities by ensuring timely submission and reconciliation of sales reports and supporting documents.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- 1–2 years of relevant working experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Effective communication and coordination skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with import/export documentation is an advantage but not mandatory.
