Responsibilities
- As a Sales Admin Assistant, you’ll support the Vehicle Admin Registration Team by ensuring accurate and timely execution of administrative tasks to meet stakeholder expectations.
- Accurately entering customer and vehicle registration details into the CRM portal.
- Preparing documentation and assisting with LTA vehicle registration processes.
- Handling COE-related matters and updating On-Board Unit (OBU) details in the system.
- Setting up vehicle ownership records in the system.
- Generating and issuing vehicle tax invoices.
- Scanning, uploading, and maintaining proper filing of records.
- Reviewing vehicle orders for accuracy prior to processing.
- Performing additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- Diploma in any field with minimum 1 year experience in administration support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
