Job Scope

  • Enter customer and vehicle registration details into CRM system
  • Prepare documentation and support LTA vehicle registration
  • Handle COE matters and update On-Board Unit (OBU) details
  • Set up vehicle ownership records
  • Generate vehicle tax invoices
  • Scan, upload, and maintain proper filing of documents
  • Review vehicle orders for accuracy before processing
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • Minimum 1 year of admin experience
