Responsibilities:
- Learning about works in the applications and systems essential to the operation of the company business.
- Apply your application management, software development and project management knowledge in your assigned tasks.
- Working with other IT departments to deliver the assigned tasks.
- Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures.
- Gaining insight and chance to learn Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Bot Building.
- Building bots to interact with any system or application to assist in automation of tasks.
- Gathering and performing Testing, trouble-shooting and training of the bot tools.
- Produce documentation of the automated processes.
- Applying knowledge of software engineering framework and work out a procedure to identify and translate business process into automation.
Qualifications:
- Relevant studies in IT / Computer Science.
