We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pizza Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate has experience preparing and baking pizzas, a strong understanding of dough preparation, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare pizzas quickly and efficiently.
  • Prepare dough by kneading and stretching as required.
  • Monitor load time in the pizza oven.
  • Adhere to portion controls consistently and slice pizza according to customer specifications.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and consistency.
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the workstation and equipment.

  • At least one year of experience as a Pizza Chef or in a similar role in a restaurant.
  • Hands-on experience with preparing and baking pizza doughs.
  • Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment and brick or stone oven.
  • Outstanding understanding of food safety practices and hygiene.
  • Experience preparing fast-food ingredients quickly.
  • Capability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
