Job Summary
You will work part-time from home to process payroll for a small company using Carbonate HR software, ensuring timely and accurate payroll delivery each month.
Responsibilities
- Use Carbonate HR software to accurately process payroll functions within 2 to 3 days each month to ensure timely payroll completion.
- Review and verify payroll data to confirm accuracy before submission, preventing errors and discrepancies.
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies promptly to maintain payroll integrity.
- Deliver the final payroll file for bank transmission at least 3 working days before month-end to meet payment deadlines.
- Track and record employee work hours based on timesheet clock-ins to calculate payroll accurately.
- Manage monthly payroll deadlines with accountability to ensure consistent and reliable payroll processing.
