Order Fulfillment Executive (Export Shipment) #JTL

Order Management
Process and maintain sales orders and purchase orders accurately in ERP systems. Monitor order status and ensure fulfillment milestones are met according to agreed timelines. Update and maintain sales orders, purchase orders, credit notes, debit notes, and related documentation in ERP and order management platforms (e.g., SAP, Esker) in accordance with process requirements. Generate delivery orders, stock transfer orders, invoices and other necessary processes to facilitate fulfillment milestones. Handle returns and related documentation where required.

Export Logistics & Shipment Coordination
Coordinate export shipments with warehouses, freight forwarders, and logistics partners. Track shipment progress and manage delivery schedules to meet customer requirements.

Export Documentation Administration
Prepare and verify export documentation including commercial invoices and packing lists. Ensure documentation accuracy to support customs clearance and audit requirements.

Customer & Internal Coordination
Provide order and shipment status updates to internal stakeholders and customers. Resolve routine fulfillment issues and escalated exceptions where required.

Operational Records & Reporting
Maintain accurate records to support billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable processes. Support basic operational reporting and data accuracy checks. Support supply and demand planning activities by providing order, sales, and inventory data as required. Monitor and update accounts receivable records and ageing information to support Finance follow-up.

Requirements
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics Management. Preferably 2 to 3 years of relevant export documentation and order processing experience.
